5:22 A.M.
After a stretch of overworking, I felt exhausted. One morning I left home at 5:22 a.m. and went for a long walk without my phone.
I saw some birds.
I saw some people running.
I saw drops of water on the grass.
I saw the rose window of a church.
I didn’t think much about work. I thought about how old I’ll be when my kids are teenagers. I thought about how much money I really want to make. I thought about how to rest better.
Then I walked back home.
