People often ask me what the biggest reward of switching careers from architecture to product design was.

It wasn’t the salary.

It wasn’t the work-life balance.

It wasn’t the skills I picked up along the way, or the wisdom from countless failures, or the joy of a few wins.

It was a realization.

The realization that I could do something I once thought was impossible.

You can do more than you think you can.

You can do more than others think you can.
