In the Minority

When I started my newsletter, there was a lot of skepticism about whether AI could be used in product design at all, beyond generating pictures or asking a chatbot questions.

Today, that’s no longer the question. Almost every product designer is learning to use AI in their work.

The lesson I took from it: you don’t have to be in the majority to start exploring something new.
